In an article published in the NRO financial section, it would appear that the "Bush-Haters" and the Democrats have some explaining to do. The article centers around the unemployment rate among blacks amiss the charges that Bush is making it better for the "rich" and the "poor get poorer". Unfortunately, with the national unemployment rate, the lowest it has been in four years, and this article by a Jerry Bowyer, adviser to Independence Portfolio Partners, bursts the doom and gloom cries from the Democrats that Republicans are not a party that looks out for the minorities.
