Al-Qaida Rebukes CBS and NBC in Latest Threat, Plugs Al-Jazeera

WND has reported another threat coming from the al-Qaida as spewed by Rakan Ben Williams, via the Global Islamic Media Front. In the latest threat, al-Qaida again threatens America with catastrophic consequences and says it has a two prong attack that will "bring Americans to your knees." Although there were no exact examples as to how they are going to do it, Williams reported that the first will throw our intelligence agencies into kaos and the second will be the final and deciding blow that will incapacitate our leaders.

The threat suggests the attack will be far greater in magnitude than Sept. 11, 2001, because following this one, "there will be no one to analyze and investigate, because the mind and the heart will be unable to comprehend it. ... This will not be a single operation, but two; one bigger than the other, but we will begin with the big one and postpone the bigger one, in order to see [how] diligent the American people is [in preserving] its life. If it chooses life, [it must] carry out the demands of the Muslims, and if it chooses death, then we are its best perpetrators."

However, one of the most interesting parts of the rhretoric being spewed by Williams was the fact that al-Qaida doesn't want you to watch CBS or NBC news broadcasts. Not because of the stories they put out, but because of the fact that they are Jewish owned. So, instead of watching either one of these channels for your news, they are recommending that we start watching Al-Jazeera; so that we may get a deeper insight into what these extremist factions are and who they are. However, al-Qaida failed to mention FOX NEWS and ABC. So I guess we are OK to watch them and get fair and balanced reporting. (Darn I thought that I was already getting that from FOX).

The report also stated that we should start visiting Mujahideen web sites for a closer insight of the terrorists. Americans are to submit themselves to the Muslims and accept their place in the world as subordinates to the terrorists Williams hinted. Williams calls the statement " the last warning you will recieve from us, if you ignore it, we regret to inform you that we will carry out devastation operations against the states of America and we will not show mercy whatsoever." Willaims also rattled off that we must "...resent our corrupt politicians... and demand justice. If they do not, we (meaning us) must declare autonomy so that we may live in peace and security." So I guess they are wanting us to secede and become our own soverign countries?

Well, I guess this coupled with the threats and rhetoric coming out of Iran means that we are a doomed country.

The South Shall Rise Again

A Judge on Alabama's Supreme Court is lashing out at the once "liberal" Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS). Alabama's Supreme Court Justice Tom Parker (no not Elvis's manager), has taken up the lance in the charge that SCOTUS in the past has refused to follow the US Constitution and instead has been enforcing its own ideaology and imposing foreign laws and unratified treaties.

That is what the High Court did, he wrote in the News, when the Court's "liberal judges "declared last spring in the case of Roper v. Simmons that "evolving standards of decency" now make it "unconstitutional" to execute murderers who were minors at the time of their crime.
The justices based their ruling not on the original intent or actual language of the United States Constitution but on foreign law, including United Nations treaties.

By insisting the states go along with the unratified treaty, laws in 20 states were invalidated. At the same time by doing so it has bypassed the treaty- making authority of the President and the Senate. Parker then stabbed at the SCOTUS for their declaration that it is illegal for the States to display the Ten Commandments, and thus (with the help of the ACLU) forced one time Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore to leave his position on the Court. If you remember Moore refused to follow SCOTUS ruling on the Ten Commandments and had him removed from the bench.

Parker also took a swing at the Alabama Supreme Court by saying that he was dismayed and surprised that they (ASC) caved in to the SCOTUS without a fight or word of protest. Judge Parker also stated, "State supreme court judges should not follow obviously wrong decisions simply because they are precedents," he explained. "After all, a judge takes an oath to support the Constitution - not to automatically follow activist judges who believe their own devolving standards of decency trump the text of the Constitution."

Well Judge Parker, although the past can not be redone, this is a new court. A more, shall we say, balanced court (right leaning). One can only hope that some of the decisions made by the libeal courts in the past, can be overturned and "justice" shall be restored. But it is refreshing to know that there are still Justices out there that still have some respect for the Constitution and for the rights of others.

A Sign of the Times

In what could turn out to be a war on "words" and signs is developing in Westchase, Fl. It would appear that a young soldiers wife is going through a slight dilemma. Stacey Kelly, wife of David Kelly who is serving in Iraq, has posted a "Support the Troops" sign outside their house in Westchase. However, according to the rules of the community signs posted out side the house are not allowed. Mrs. Kelly has been sent a letter from the homeowners association telling her that if it doesn't come down she could face a fine of $100 a day.

Although the sign has not been an issue for any of the neighbors and has not received any negative responses, the association still says that if the sign, though positive, isn't taken down it could draw negative signs to start sprouting up in other lawns from those that do not support the war or the troops. When Mrs. Kelly advised her husband of the situation, he explained that he would rather pay the fine than take it down.

Personally, I don't see the problem with the sign. But the homeowners association in various towns establish these rules for reasons. The primary reason is to maintain the appearance within the community. I agree with David Kelly regarding the paying of the fine and keeping the sign up. But I think that there is somewhat of a resolve to this problem. Since signs are not allowed outside the house, what would stop Stacey Kelly from placing the sign in one of her front windows. This would, as I understand it, be within the limits of the association.

However, other residents close to the Kelly home have stated that if there ever was a time to repeal a rule, this would be one of them. The homeowners association is schedule to meet today to decide the fate of the sign. If there is any way of contacting Mrs. Kelly I would suggest that if possible, all those who support her drop her an email and let her know that her display of support for our troops and her husband is wide spread.

Earth To Carter...Your Spaceship is Ready

OK, with all the great accomplishments that former Pres. Jimmy "Peanut" Carter had in his short term as President, you know the success of the Iranian Hostage Situation in the late 70's, and so much more. Here he is ranting in Seattle demanding troop withdrawl. This from a man that had no respect from the Armed Services, even though he served, for his failures during his presidency. Democrats are just wishing he would fade away graciously.

SEATTLE (AP) -- Former President Jimmy Carter criticized the war in Iraq on Wednesday, urging a troop drawdown as the United States enters its fourth year of conflict in Iraq.

"It was a completely unnecessary war. It was an unjust war," said Carter, the 2002 Nobel Peace Prize winner. "It was initiated on the basis of false pretenses. All of those are true, but we can't just pre-emptively withdraw."

He urged the Bush administration to bring home as many troops as possible within the next 12 months.

"The violence is increasing monthly," Carter said. "My prayer is we'll see some kind of democracy eventually evolve."

Break out the Sombreros

(spoken with Mexican accent)
Hey amigo, Senora Clinton, she has a plan to stop illegal inmigration. Si, she has laid out (sorta) a plan for all us banditos and illegals to stay in the United States. Si, she say that she is not going to devulge any specifics on it, but it will allow us to stay here, if we want to become Americans.
In other words, she is going to let you stay in America, draw on our medical programs (of which you pay nothing), let your children go to our schools (again on our dollars). And all the while she will let Mexico's wanted stay here and terrorize our local communities.
We are Mexico's best employer. They give them nothing and we give them our jobs and in return Mexico sends more of them to us via the Rio Grande.
But since she does not want to "roundup" the illegals, and since she does not want it to be a felony, it opens the door for the more unscrupulous characters to enter and stay unchecked. Therefore, if there were any terrorist that have made their way into our country from Mexico (which we have strong evidence that some have tried and others might have succeeded), they have free rein to do their masters will.
Madam Clinton, wake up, your immigration efforts have failed in the past and have not improved any. Your dear "Slick Willie" also tried to curb in inflow and it has done nothing to cut the flow of illegals into our country. Now all the sudden you have a "better" idel? Please enlighten us.
Boy, are these folks gullible.
Sen. Clinton slams GOP immigration bill

WASHINGTON --Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, a potential White House candidate in 2008, said Wednesday some Republicans are trying to create a "police state" to round up illegal immigrants.

WE ARE NOT AT WAR...

OK folks, I have great news for you today. We can all close up our blogs, turn off the TV, put in a good CD to listen to and forget about the war. According to a page connection on CBS News Website, this is "President Bush's War on Terror". So I guess this means that there were no attacks on Sept 11 in New York, Washington D.C., or was there a plane crash in a Pennsylvania field. This has all been an attack on just one person, the president. Therefore, I guess that there wasn't over 2,000 people killed in the towers and hundreds injured. There has been no colaboration supporting the fact that the US military ran the Taliban and Osama out of Afghanistan, for it never happened. There is not a war taking place in Iraq to bring a country in to the arms of democracy. Folks, it is all a dream. I mean how could it be happening to the US if it is all the Presidents war on terror.

I know that the above ranting was totally ridiculous and probably seemed incoherent on my part. But think about it. Here the last six years all we have heard from the left wing media is Bush this and Bush that. Bush causes country to go into state of poverty, Bush caused UFO's to land in Pelosie's back yard and so forth, Bush robs medicare/medicade, social security and you. I mean it has just gotten to the point that Bush has been blamed for everything except the origin of earth (that has still been given to GOD). I mean, if Bush is the only one that is doing all of this why is everyone else all worked up about it.

I"m sorry I digressed again. The point of this is that America is fighting this "War on Terror", not just the President. 9/11 did happen. Thousands of lives were lost. We WERE ATTACKED!! Therefore, as all true Americans would and will do they rallied around the flag and said not on my watch. Therefore, we are engaged in a war that the MSM seems to take lightly. They seem to blame Bush for all this misery and dispare. Now unless Bush called up Osama and said, "OBL baby, what's happening? Hey dude, you want to attack the US? Let's set up a date, you know a mutual thing and that way I can angry the country enough against you to lead us into war. What do you think Osama? Now unless you are truely a narrow minded person who still thinks the universe revolves around Alex Baldwin or Cindy Sheehan, you will see past their (MSM) BS stories and realize that we are in a war that will either provide a future for the United States or its demise. For it will not go away until the battle is won and other countries learn to stand up (hello, FRANCE, GERMANY, SPAIN) and start kicking some terrorist butts.

OK, I am through ranting now. We can get on with the real world. Thanks for listening.

You Want My Money, Then Play The Game Right

OK, no ROTC, no MONEY. So I think I will just gather up my toys and go back to my own sand box to play. What's that, a rumbling coming out of San Fransico? Oh well, get over it.

Campus Military Recruiting Upheld

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court ruled unanimously Monday that colleges that accept U.S. government money must allow military recruiters on campus, despite university objections to the Defense Department's "don't ask, don't tell" policy on homosexuals.

Justices rejected a free-speech challenge from law schools and their professors who claimed they should not be forced to associate with military recruiters or promote their campus appearances.

Chief Justice John Roberts, writing for the court, said that the campus visits are an effective military recruiting tool.

"A military recruiter's mere presence on campus does not violate a law school's right to associate, regardless of how repugnant the law school considers the recruiter's message," he wrote.

Where are the Protests and Violence?

I don't understand! Just a few weeks ago thousands of Muslims (led by extremists) were marching in the streets, holding signs to "kill" the cartoonist that drew Mohammed. Where are the embassy burnings and the fires of rage? Well, this is how democracy works. Outraged, yes. Murdering and violence, NO. Do you think that the enraged Muslims could take a lesson from our kin "down under". Even though they may not agree completely with what we are doing, they still have the self-restraint to do things the right way, it's called "civilized". Do you think there will be an apology?

Prosecution Urged for Offensive Cartoon

There were no riots in the streets, embassies attacked or beheadings threatened during a recent protest over a sacrilegious cartoon in New Zealand. But one top cleric is calling for those responsible to be prosecuted.

Why the muted reaction down under?

Because the cartoon in question didn't satirize Mohammed, but offered instead a parody involving the Virgin Mary and the Pope too disgusting to be described here.
Auckland priest Dr. Denzil Mueli asked police on Saturday to prosecute New Zealand TV channel C4 for blasphemy over its decision to screen a recent "South Park" episode titled "Bloody Mary."

Guess It Depends on Where you're AT

As Mr. Peters points out, you can't get the real story if your waiting in your hotel room to get the story. This meshes well with what most of the commanders are saying. Why can't the media, any media, give it like it is? Is the distain for Bush that powerful, that they would sacrifice the troops in the fields moral to get what they want? Kind of makes you wonder why a lot of our boys keep going back, yes some on orders, others volunteering. What we need is for a total "house cleaning" like they are calling for at the White House.

Ralph Peters: Iraq 'Civil War' a Media Myth

Reports that Iraq has descended into a civil war are not only not true - they're being promulgated by anti-war journalists eager to see U.S. efforts to establish a stable democracy in the country fail.

So says military analyst Ralph Peters, who just spent a week touring Baghdad with the 506th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division.

"I'm looking for the civil war that The New York Times declared. And I just can't find it," Peters declared in his New York Post column on Sunday.

And the Winner is...dealing under the table?

And the outcry from the left is where? You would think with the Democrats great leader, "Slick Willie", dealing under the table, there would be some regurgitation coming from them. But evidently he is beyond reproach. Senator Clinton, how stands your husband? Or are we to wait on a "thank you" card from the Emir before we evoke our distain upon him.

Duncan Hunter Rips Clinton on Dubai Deal

House Armed Services Committee chairman Duncan Hunter blasted former President Clinton on Sunday for advising the Dubai government on how to overcome U.S. opposition to its purchase of some operations at U.S. ports.

Appearing on ABC's "This Week," Hunter told host George Stephanopoulos: "In our hearing just two days ago, your former boss, President Clinton, was referred to by the president of the ports [company] as having made a phone call to the Emir of Dubai."

I guess my reply is coming from MSNBC with this rendition of the old two step, side step, I don't remember or I didn't know. But I find it amazing that she had no idea. After all this company gave generously to "Slick Willie's" museum, and that they contributed greatly to the hurricane relief, as well as Willie going to the UAE to give speeches. Where does she think he went, to visit old interns. Yet, she wants to sit there and say that she didn't know he was fronting for the UAE. Now there are a few eyebrows being raised on the Democrats side of the isle.

Have Leaks...We'll Plug

Since the Congress has not devoted as much time to finding out about the leaks from within the administration, defense department, and other Washington departments; the White House is doing its on thing to get to the bottom of things. The Justice Department has stated that violators could be prosecuted underespionage laws. I for one thing that it is about time, considering a lot of the recent leaks have done more to take away our security than to help make it better. If it damages our ability to gain information on terrorists groups, I think that it definitely falls under the espinage laws, especially during a time of war.

White House Trains Efforts on Media Leaks Sources,

Reporters Could Be Prosecuted

The Bush administration, seeking to limit leaks of classified information, has launched initiatives targeting journalists and their possible government sources. The efforts include several FBI probes, a polygraph investigation inside the CIA and a warning from the Justice Department that reporters could be prosecuted under espionage laws.

In recent weeks, dozens of employees at the CIA, the National Security Agency and other intelligence agencies have been interviewed by agents from the FBI's Washington field office, who are investigating possible leaks that led to reports about secret CIA prisons and the NSA's warrantless domestic surveillance program, according to law enforcement and intelligence officials familiar with the two cases.

Numerous employees at the CIA, FBI, Justice Department and other agencies also have received letters from Justice prohibiting them from discussing even unclassified issues related to the NSA program, according to sources familiar with the notices. Some GOP lawmakers are also considering whether to approve tougher penalties for leaking.
