Well, it seems that the "wants" of a few are over turning the "rights" of the corporate world. Trust me folks this is just the beginning. Where will it stop and how much more undermining will take place before the courts stand up and just say enough. Do you notice the pattern here? Look at the states that are giving in to these activists. Trust me I am not a spokes person for Walmart, I rarely go there for pesonal reasons. But, that being said, this is definitely wrong. It continues the push by these "left wing" groups to impose their "desires" over the rest of us.
Wal-Mart Ordered to Stock Emergency Contraception
BOSTON — The state pharmacy board ordered Wal-Mart on Tuesday to stock emergency contraception pills at its stores in Massachusetts. Massachusetts becomes second state to require the world's largest retailer to carry the morning-after pill.
A Wal-Mart spokesman said the company would comply with the directive by the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy and is reviewing its nationwide policy on the drug.
